Who we are

Decarog Inc.(“Decarog”) operates decarog.com, our mobile web app, and related services. This page explains how to ask us to delete personal data we may hold about you.

Data we may have

Depending on what you used, this may have included, for example:

• Email address (for example when you start the assessment, sign up, or sign in with a magic link).
• Quiz or onboarding answers (preferences and context you enter to personalize the program).
• Account and product usage data in our app (progress, in-app preferences, and similar).
• Payment-related identifiers from Stripe (for example customer or subscription ids and billing status). We do not store full card numbers; Stripe processes card data.
• Technical and marketing signals such as cookies, approximate location (from IP), and events sent to Meta (Facebook) Pixel / Conversions API when you use our site, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We keep this list practical, not a full legal record. The Privacy Policy is the main reference.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@decarog.com. Use a subject line like: Data deletion request.

In the body, please include:

• The email address you used with our service (or used at checkout).
• Briefly what you used (for example: site quiz, New Mom program, or both).
• That you want your personal data associated with that account deleted (or tell us a narrower request).

We will confirm the requestor where needed (we may ask you to write from the same email or complete a short verification step) to protect your account.

Timing and limits

We will respond within a reasonable period, usually within 30 days of a verified request. In some cases we may need to retain certain records where the law requires it (for example tax or payment documentation). Where we can delete or anonymize data, we will.

Meta (Facebook) and ads

If data was sent to Meta (for example through the Meta Pixel or Conversions API), additional processing is governed by Meta’s own policies and your Facebook account settings. A deletion request to Decarog does notautomatically change ad preferences, off-Facebook activity, or other controls inside your Meta or Facebook account. You can review those in your Facebook settings and Meta’s help center.
