Refund Policy

How to request a refund

1. Email support@decarog.com from the email address on your Decarog account.
2. Subject: "Refund request". You don't have to explain why, but if you have feedback, we'd love to hear it.
3. We confirm within 1 business day and submit the refund through Stripe immediately on approval.
4. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What's eligible

• The first paid charge on your subscription is fully refundable within 14 days of that charge.
• If you started on a free trial, the 14-day window starts on the date your trial converts to a paid charge.
• After 14 days, subscription fees become non-refundable, but you can stop future renewals at any time from Settings → Subscription inside the app, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period and you keep access until then.
• If you were charged due to a technical error, fraud, or unauthorized use of your card, contact us regardless of the 14-day window, we'll make it right.

What happens after refund

Once a refund is issued, your subscription is cancelled and your access to paid features ends. Your account stays in our system in case you want to come back later, your quiz answers, baby profile, and progress are preserved unless you ask us to delete them (see Privacy Policy).

Chargebacks

Please email us first instead of disputing a charge with your bank. We almost always resolve refunds same-day. Filing a chargeback for a charge that qualifies for a refund under this policy may result in account suspension and forfeiture of access while the dispute is investigated.
